On the afternoon of February 8th, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Mai Ward, in coordination with the Ward People's Committee, organized a conference to gather opinions and assess the trustworthiness of voters residing in the area regarding candidates for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Residential Group No. 13, Gamuda Urban Area.

Attendees included: Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Tran Tien Hung, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee; Tran The Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council; Tran Phuong Hoa, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City; leaders of Hoang Mai and Linh Nam wards, along with representatives of 125 voters from Residential Group 13, Gamuda Urban Area.

At the Conference, Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, was nominated as a candidate for the 16th National Assembly .

At the conference, voters in Hoang Mai ward heard a presentation on the criteria for candidates running for the 16th National Assembly and a summary of the biography of the candidate currently residing in the ward, Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; the voters unanimously agreed that Comrade Tran Sy Thanh fully meets the criteria for running for the 16th National Assembly.

The opinions expressed at the Conference all showed consensus and high confidence in candidate Tran Sy Thanh. Voters assessed that Comrade Tran Sy Thanh is an official with good moral character, a close and friendly lifestyle, and always exemplary in complying with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.

Comrade Tran Sy Thanh shared that during his career, he has held many different positions and worked in various environments. These were opportunities for him to be challenged, learn, and train himself to continuously contribute and successfully fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and the State.

Comrade Tran Sy Thanh affirmed that, if elected, with his experience, he would continuously strive to fulfill his responsibilities in Party building and the construction of the political system, working together to realize the nation's aspirations in the new era; he expressed his sincere gratitude for the concern, sharing, and support of the voters in his residential area and pledged to continue to work diligently and wholeheartedly, worthy of the expectations, trust, and confidence of the voters.

At the conference, 100% of the attending voters unanimously voted to nominate Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, to run for election as a representative to the 16th National Assembly.
