100% of preschools participate in professional activities to improve the quality of children's education.

On November 14, at the Department of Education and Training, the Conference of the Professional Advisory Group and school clusters for preschool education took place to evaluate the performance of professional clusters in the first three months of the school year and propose solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of operations.

The report at the Conference showed that the activities of 15 professional clusters, with the participation of over 1,700 managers and teachers, have become routine and promoted the spirit of innovation and creativity; 100% of professional clusters have developed plans, operating regulations and organized professional activities with many flexible forms (direct, online, combined). Professional clusters have actively applied information technology and artificial intelligence in management and teaching, including using child management software, electronic records, lesson design and applying artificial intelligence in lesson planning. Each cluster has built and shared a common digital learning resource, helping to spread the "digital school" model, creating a flexible learning environment; teachers have proactively applied digital technology and artificial intelligence to organize attractive educational activities, focusing on children.

100% of the professional clusters have organized seminars on innovation in teaching methods; the work of streamlining and standardizing records and books in a scientific direction, reducing administrative burden for teachers. In particular, the spirit of solidarity "the strong help the weak" was clearly demonstrated when the clusters promptly provided material and cash support, with a total amount of more than 523 million VND, to schools and school locations affected by storms and floods, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love between units.

The conference set out key tasks for preschool education in the coming time. In particular, it will continue to effectively implement professional activities of school clusters, focusing on innovating methods of organizing educational activities according to the "child-centered" perspective, enhancing educational activities towards approaching science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics and creative experiences. At the same time, continue to promote the application of information technology, digital transformation and artificial intelligence application, guide teachers to effectively exploit digital science resources and build at least 4 video lectures or sample activities/units to share. Implement well the management, nurturing, health care and safety for children, especially in preventing and fighting winter-spring epidemics; promote the implementation of building and spreading pilot models of safe - friendly - happy educational environments, associated with the movement "Cultural Corner of Ethnic Groups" and enhancing Vietnamese for ethnic minority children.
