Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh, Phu Xuan ward, Hue city: Designing and sewing Hue ao dai; Ms. Phan Ngoc Hieu, Thuan Hoa ward, Hue city: Handmade paper flowers; Mr. Vo Ngoc Hung, Kim Long ward, Hue city: Crafting products from the bones of wild almond leaves; Mr. Dao Huu Khien, My Thuong ward, Hue city: Traditional ceramic and porcelain inlay (masonry, ngoa);
