Within the framework of “National Tourism Year 2025”, under the auspices of the Vietnam Association for Cultural Industry Development, the event “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” took place from November 23 to 30 in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue City.
For the first time, 13 world- famous Michelin-starred chefs gathered in Vietnam, bringing a journey of fusion between international culinary quintessence and Vietnamese culinary art. This is considered an activity that contributes to positioning Vietnam as a leading culinary destination in Asia.

The event was co-organized by Dinner Incredible - an international culinary project founded by Chef Giorgio Diana. Before coming to Vietnam, this project had made a splash in Rome (Italy), Tokyo (Japan), Singapore and New York (USA).
This year, with the help of Chef Michael Bao, Vietnam was chosen as the next destination. This is also the land of rich ingredients, deep culture and strong creative spirit - factors that make international chefs especially excited.
In recent years, Vietnam has been continuously honored at many international tourism awards, especially in the categories of cuisine and experience destinations. Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Mi and street food have become symbols, attracting millions of tourists.
Therefore, this event gathering 13 Michelin chefs is expected to be an opportunity for Vietnamese cuisine to continue to affirm its appeal on the world culinary map. During the international culinary week, two typical events with the participation of 13 Michelin chefs will take place in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue respectively.
On November 26, a contemporary culinary party was held in Ho Chi Minh City - the most vibrant city, famous as a "street food paradise" and a destination highly appreciated by many international chefs for its openness and creativity in culinary culture.

On November 28 in Hue, the program "Royal Banquet" will be recreated, bringing an experience combining heritage cuisine and royal court music, honoring the depth of Vietnamese culinary culture.
Hue has long been known as the cradle of royal cuisine, with a system of dishes that is among the most sophisticated in Asia, and is a favorite destination for international tourists thanks to its ancient space and special heritage value.
The performance of 13 Michelin chefs from many countries in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue is expected to create a new "boost" for Vietnamese tourism, especially in the field of culinary tourism - a trend that is growing strongly in the world.
This is also an opportunity for international visitors to explore more deeply local ingredients, regional culture and the story behind each Vietnamese dish.
