According to the event organizers, for the first time, 13 Michelin chefs - the world's culinary elite - came to Vietnam to gather in the event "100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs": A journey bringing the essence of international cuisine combined with Vietnamese culinary heritage, positioning Vietnam as Asia's leading destination for cuisine and tourism.
Accompanying "100 Flavors" is Dinner Incredible - an international culinary project founded by Chef Giorgio Diana, who has conquered gourmets in Rome, Tokyo, Singapore and New York. Each destination is a harmony between local cultural heritage and world culinary techniques, performed by leading Michelin-starred chefs. In 2025, under the connection of Chef Michael Bao, Vietnam is the next destination - not only a country rich in ingredients, but also a land of emotions, heritage and creativity. This project marks the proud return of a Vietnamese chef to the international stage.
The event organizers said that the “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” week is a series of special culinary events in two major cultural centers of Vietnam, including: Ho Chi Minh City and Hue City.
Specifically, on November 26, 2025 at La Vela Saigon Hotel, the party will be a ceremony to honor the contemporary high-class culinary style, taking place in a luxurious 5-star space, where international techniques are sublimated with local flavors. Meanwhile, in Hue, on November 28, 2025 at Hue Times Square (5 Le Loi, on the banks of the Perfume River), there will be a program to recreate the "Royal Banquet" with the pinnacle of culinary heritage and the quintessence of famous royal court music, creating a quintessence passed down through generations, affirming the diversity and depth of Vietnamese culinary culture on the international map.
The continuous participation of 13 Michelin chefs not only marks an important milestone for the “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” program, but also a cultural harmony between the world's quintessence and Vietnamese identity. The 13 Michelin chefs come from the following countries: Italy, France, England, Greece, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United States, and Taiwan (China).
