According to the 2024 monitoring plan for toll stations, the road management areas under the Vietnam Road Administration are responsible for issuing decisions to establish inspection teams, develop inspection and monitoring outlines; organize implementation, and ensure transparency.
Toll stations on Hanoi - Lao Cai highway will be inspected in October.
Specifically, the monitoring plan implemented by Road Management Area 1 includes Hac Tri bridge toll station (Phu Tho); Pha Lai toll station Km23+980 QL18 (Bac Ninh); Dai Yen toll station, QL18 (Quang Ninh); Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway project toll station; Km152+080 QL1 toll station in Bac Giang province.
Road Management Area 2 will inspect and monitor Quan Hau toll station, Km671, National Highway 1 ( Quang Ninh ) in May.
Road Management Area 3 inspects and supervises toll station Km1425+200, National Highway 1 (Khanh Hoa); toll station Km1807+500 Ho Chi Minh road; toll station Km0+700 Cu Mong tunnel (Binh Dinh).
Road Management Area 4 will inspect and monitor Cai Lay toll station, Km1999+300, National Highway 91, Can Tho City; T1 toll station, National Highway 91, Can Tho City; Km2171+200 toll station, National Highway 1, Bac Lieu Province; Rach Mieu Bridge toll station, Km7+500, National Highway 60, Ben Tre Province; Can Tho toll station, Phung Hiep, Km2070+535, National Highway 1, Can Tho City.
The plan for monitoring toll stations must be sent to the Vietnam Road Administration 10 days in advance and the monitoring results must be reported 7 days after the inspection.
