144 cooperatives and credit funds participated in the Forum "Competition for innovation - Connecting the market - Enhancing value"

(Baohatinh.vn) - The forum "Innovation - Market connection - Value enhancement" is an opportunity for cooperatives and people's credit funds to exchange experiences, share difficulties, and propose appropriate support policies in the coming time.

On the morning of November 14, the Ha Tinh Cooperative Alliance organized the Forum "Emulating innovation - Connecting the market - Enhancing value" with the participation of 144 cooperatives and people's credit funds in the province.

The forum had the participation of cooperatives and people's credit funds in Ha Tinh.

Ha Tinh currently has 1,023 cooperatives and 32 people's credit funds. In recent years, the emulation movement in the collective economic sector has spread strongly, becoming a driving force to improve productivity and product quality, creating a strong driving force to promote innovation in governance models, improve productivity and product quality, apply science and technology, digital transformation and expand the market.

Mr. Bui Huy Cuong - Chairman of Ha Tinh Cooperative Alliance delivered the opening speech of the forum.

Many cooperatives have risen to assert their role as the main actors in the value chain of agricultural , industrial and service products, making an important contribution to rural economic development, job creation and social security. People's credit funds have provided flexible loans, suitable to the characteristics of rural areas for farmers, small traders, cooperatives and cooperatives, helping people to expand production, develop industries and invest in technical improvements.

However, in addition to the achieved results, the collective economic sector is still facing many difficulties. At the forum, delegates heard the announcement of Decision No. 2744 dated November 5, 2025 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province on organizing emulation blocks and clusters of agencies, units, localities, enterprises, and economic organizations, including the establishment of 9 emulation blocks for cooperatives and people's credit funds. This is considered an important step to create an incentive mechanism, spread the spirit of emulation, promote responsibility, creativity and open up new directions for development of the collective economy.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Head of Emulation and Reward Department, Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on establishing 9 emulation blocks for cooperatives and people's credit funds.

The forum is also an opportunity for cooperatives and people's credit funds to exchange experiences, share difficulties, and propose appropriate support policies in the coming time. With the spirit of innovation and the desire to rise up, the forum contributes to creating effective connections, promoting the application of science and technology, expanding consumer markets, building brands, and building increasingly sustainable and modern cooperatives.
