The training course was attended by 145 delegates who are village chiefs and prestigious people from 6 communes: Quang Binh, Sung Mang, Tat Nga, Pa Vay Su, Quan Ba and Thanh Thuy. The delegates were informed and guided by the reporter of the State Legal Aid Center No. 2 on the following contents: Law on Legal Aid 2017; Law on the Elderly; Law on the Disabled; methods of identifying beneficiaries of legal aid; procedures for receiving and preparing application files for assistance...

In addition, delegates discussed legal propaganda skills suitable for ethnic minorities; mediation skills and proposed solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in providing legal aid at the grassroots level.

This is one of five training courses conducted by the State Legal Aid Center No. 2; four more courses will be organized in the near future, with an expected 450 delegates to update their knowledge. Thereby, contributing to improving the capacity of village chiefs, prestigious people in supporting access to legal aid, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people. At the same time, effectively implementing legal aid work when operating a two-level local government.
