On the afternoon of November 26, in Hanoi , the Central Youth Union, the Central Council of Young Pioneers coordinated with SCG Group to organize a scholarship awarding program for students in difficult circumstances - SCG Sharing The Dream 2025, with the theme "Green Generation - Firm Steps to the Future".
The SCG Sharing The Dream Scholarship was launched in August 2025 and has received more than 1,000 student applications and 50 student applications from 25 provinces and cities, focusing on majors such as science and technology, environment, design and economics .
In 2025, the scholarship will continue to support and award 50 students and 100 university students along with post-scholarship training support activities, with a total value of 1.6 billion VND.
Speaking at the program, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang emphasized: "Green generation - steady steps for the future" is a theme that evokes the aspiration for a young generation rich in knowledge, responsibility and courage.
From 2022 to present, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers and SCG Group have organized three consecutive scholarship seasons, awarding 600 outstanding students across the country, with a total scholarship value of more than 5 billion VND. Each year, the program awards about 200 scholarships, including 100 scholarships worth 2 million VND each for students and 100 scholarships worth 15 million VND each for university students.
Along with financial support, the program also focuses on creating an environment for students to develop their skills through practical activities such as organizing environmental skills training, career orientation, supporting activities for the Mid-Autumn Festival, opening summer - Month of Action for Children...
"These activities not only provide practical support but also arouse humanistic values, the spirit of mutual love and a sense of community connection," Ms. Trang emphasized.
The Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers hopes that the children will continue to nurture their aspirations, constantly study, practice skills, qualities and keep a compassionate heart. On that journey, the Young Pioneers and SCG Group will always accompany them, contributing to building a young generation that contributes to the sustainable development of the country.
Through this activity, the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers hope to promptly commend and promote examples of students with the will and determination to rise up in life, while affirming their commitment to accompany the young generation, the "Green Generation - steady steps for the future", contributing to the sustainable development of the homeland and country.
