The first 150 international students study at Nam Can Tho University

Dr. and lawyer Nguyen Tien Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam Can Tho University (DNC), said that the school's enrollment and training scale has always increased every year. By 2024, Nam Can Tho University had enrolled and trained 42 regular university majors, 6 graduate majors, and 1 doctoral major. The school also enrolls students for the joint training program and the work-study program.

Many individuals of Nam Can Tho University received certificates of merit from the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee.

In parallel, Can Tho University also cooperates with Malaysia University of Science and Technology to train international bachelors in business administration. The university also signed a cooperation agreement with VMED (India) on consulting services for studying abroad and receiving and training international students. Accordingly, this first batch has about 150 international students in the first course to study at Can Tho University, the scale will be increased in the following years.

At the opening ceremony, 11 groups and 25 individuals of Nam Can Tho University received certificates of merit from the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the past time. The leaders of Nam Can Tho University awarded 30 million VND in scholarships to reward students with the highest admission scores in the 2024 enrollment period. In addition, the school also awarded more than 612 million VND to many scholarships for students with excellent academic results and those in difficult circumstances...
