Specifically, Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has identified 164 people with winning invoices. Accordingly, Ms. Hai Yen, Mr. Nguyen Do Tai, and Mr. Vu Hoai Thanh are the consumers who won the first prize, each prize worth from 20 million VND to 50 million VND.
Others won second, third and consolation prizes, each worth 1 million to 20 million VND.

Invoice lottery will encourage buyers to ask sellers for invoices immediately after each transaction.
According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Head of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, the city continues to promote the implementation of electronic invoices, with codes generated from cash registers at retail establishments selling directly to consumers.
In particular, focus on households and individual businesses to successfully implement the 60-day peak program to eliminate lump-sum tax, bringing all business activities into a modern and transparent management framework.
However, the success of this program depends not only on the efforts of tax authorities, compliance of sellers, but also on the contribution of consumers.
According to Mr. Dung, the "Lucky Invoice" program was created to honor this positive role of the people. Through the program, it will motivate buyers to form the habit of asking sellers to issue electronic invoices immediately after each transaction.
