18 journalistic works honored "For the development of Ho Chi Minh City Education" in 2025

(HMC) - On November 18, the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association held the 3rd "For the Development of Ho Chi Minh City Education" Press Award Ceremony in 2025. The award was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training and Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association Nguyen Tan Phong highly appreciated the active and responsible participation of reporters and journalists in the field of education and training. Many works were carefully produced, truthfully and comprehensively reflecting the life of education and training, conveying many profound and humane messages, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation of the industry.

In addition to the 18 honored works, many other articles participating in the award also showed diversity and richness in approaches to educational issues; thereby continuing to affirm the important role of the press in propaganda, criticism and building education and training.

Journalist Duong Vu Thong, Permanent Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association and Head of the Jury, said that this year's entries were of consistent quality, with many expressing sincere emotions, deeply reflecting the image of teachers, educational innovation, and practical issues.

From the entries, the Jury selected 18 outstanding works to honor and award prizes including: 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 5 Third prizes and 10 Consolation prizes.

The Press Award “For the Development of Ho Chi Minh City Education” is an annual activity to honor the contributions of reporters and journalists in communication work on education and training, contributing to spreading good values ​​and promoting educational innovation in the current period.
