This activity has been bringing great encouragement to the disabled community in Dong Nai province, directly to the Disabled Clubs of Bien Hoa, Long Thanh and disabled people in communes and wards managed by the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin. Through the capital assistance, each individual and family of disabled people has more resources to develop their profession, earn more income, and stabilize their family life.
In 2025, the Inclusion Project III-b provided livelihood capital to 192 cases. In this particular round of livelihood capital, 20 PWDs and Agent Orange/dioxin victims were supported with a total budget of 200 million VND.
Head of the Department of Social Policy (Department of Health) Nguyen Duc Dung hopes that individuals who are given livelihood capital this time will effectively use the capital to develop their family economy and be active members of the PWD community, helping other PWDs to rise up. At the same time, he hopes that the units will continue to join hands and contribute to the implementation of the III-b Integration Project more widely in Dong Nai province, contributing to creating motivation for PWDs to rise up.
