Due to the impact of storm No. 15, strong winds and large waves swept dozens of tons of garbage, broken tree branches, plastic bags, etc., drifting densely on the beach and along Tran Phu Street. Many sidewalks and roads were covered with sand, causing unsightliness and danger to residents and tourists. Regardless of the sun or rain, officers and soldiers divided into many working groups, using specialized vehicles, shovels, brooms, etc. to collect garbage, miscellaneous trees, scoop up sand and clean the entire area. The collected garbage was transferred to the treatment area according to regulations.
