On the afternoon of December 17th, at Hoang Viet Primary, Secondary and High School, the Department of Education and Training held the opening ceremony of the Science and Technology Research Competition for secondary and high school students in Dak Lak province for the 2025-2026 school year.
The science and technology research competition for junior and senior high school students is held annually to promote scientific research, innovate teaching and learning methods in educational institutions, and create opportunities for students to apply their learned knowledge to solve real-life problems.

The competition attracted 231 entries and projects from 439 authors representing 189 educational institutions across the province (63 high schools, 125 junior high schools, and 1 vocational training center).
The submitted products and projects fall into 17 categories, including: plant science, environmental engineering, robotics and intelligent machines, system software, and translational medicine…

According to the competition's judging panel, most of the submitted projects and products are highly practical. Through this competition, the organizers will select the best projects and products to participate in the national-level competition in the near future.
