4 North-South Expressway projects must be completed by December 19, 2025

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just issued a document directing the acceleration of progress on four North-South expressway projects, including: Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan, Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh.

Specifically, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the People's Committee of Da Nang City to urgently complete the site clearance work for 5 service roads and crossroads in Ba Na commune, Lien Chieu ward and Hoa Khanh ward, as a basis for the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board (investor) to organize the implementation of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan Project.

Contractors are speeding up construction progress of the Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh component project.

For the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon Project, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province needs to clearly identify the difficulties, obstacles and solutions, and promptly hand over the entire site of the rest stop area, 10 service roads, 1 branch line section of Sa Huynh intersection and the toll collection operator area. The Deputy Prime Minister requested the province to continue dialogue, propaganda, and create consensus among the people to complete the project on schedule on December 19, 2025.

The completion of four expressway projects on December 19 contributes to completing the North-South expressway network in the East, creating momentum for socio -economic development of the whole country.

The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister also assigned the Ministry of Construction, investors and contractors of the four expressway projects to proactively and promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising during the construction process; ensure progress, quality and safety of the project, and resolutely not allow delays or prolong the completion time.

The completion of the above 4 expressway projects on December 19, 2025 is of great significance, contributing to the completion of the North-South expressway network in the East, creating momentum for socio-economic development in the Central region and the whole country.
