4-day National Day holiday: Vietnam tourism welcomes 5.5 million visitors

Hanoi has become a focal point attracting tourists from many provinces and cities, with 2.08 million visitors, 3 times higher than the same period in 2024; total revenue from tourists is estimated at 4,500 billion VND, up 80%.

During the 4-day holiday (from August 30 to September 2, 2025), it is estimated that the national tourism industry served about 5.5 million tourists, an increase of 83.3% over the same period in 2024.

With a series of special activities and events such as the Parade, parade, art programs and the National Achievement Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, Hanoi has become the center of attraction for tourists from many provinces and cities, with 2.08 million visitors, 3 times higher than the same period in 2024; total revenue from tourists is estimated at 4,500 billion VND, up 80%./.
