5 officials of Hai Duong city's departments and offices apply for early retirement

Two leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Hai Duong City Party Committee have voluntarily retired early to facilitate the streamlining of the apparatus. By February 17, the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Organizing Committee had received applications for early retirement from five officials, including leaders of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Mass Mobilization Department, and the Departmentsof Education and Training; Culture; Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, including two City Party Committee members.

Officials voluntarily apply for early retirement to contribute to facilitating personnel work when arranging and streamlining the apparatus.

Previously, on the afternoon of February 13, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee held a Party Executive Committee Conference to approve the contents of the project to arrange and organize the apparatus of the city's political system; announced the decision to merge the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, operating from March 1, 2025.

Comrade Hoang Huu Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department, holds the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2030.
