75 households in Ngo Quyen ward were allocated resettlement land.

Ngo Quyen Ward (Hai Phong) allocates resettlement land to ensure rights and help people quickly stabilize their lives after land acquisition for projects.

On the morning of December 2, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen Ward organized the handover of resettlement land allocation decisions to households whose land was recovered to implement the Flower Garden Construction Project in the area of ​​Lane 47 Le Lai; Urban beautification project in the area of ​​Lane 47 Le Lai and Lane 92 Le Thanh Tong.

On this occasion, 75 households were eligible to be allocated resettlement land to serve the projects.

According to the leader of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen Ward, up to now, the resettlement areas have basically completed the infrastructure. The People's Committee of the Ward has organized the draw of lots for resettlement locations, ensuring publicity, transparency and fairness. The locality hopes that households will soon complete the procedures regarding financial obligations in December, as a basis for the People's Committee of the Ward to issue land use right certificates in 2025.

Along with receiving the decision on land allocation for resettlement, households were guided by Tax officers at Base 1, Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to carry out the procedures for granting land use right certificates and collecting land use fees.
