Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association , Chairman of the Final Jury, said that although the press nationwide is in the process of streamlining and restructuring the organization, the number of press agencies and journalists has decreased, the number of entries this year is still maintained at a high level, the quality is higher than every year, few works mention negative phenomena.

Not only major central newsrooms, but many local press agencies also actively responded, including units that had not participated much before. The participating works were highly topical, many educational policies were mentioned, truthful and touching.
In terms of quality, the jury assessed that this year's works have made significant progress, both in content and form. Many articles demonstrate meticulous investment, exploring large and difficult issues, requiring in-depth knowledge, serious research time and critical perspectives.
The prominent topics covered include: Law on Teachers, digital transformation in education, building boarding schools in mountainous areas, innovation in curriculum and textbooks, extra teaching and learning, etc.
Many electronic and television press works are evaluated as excellent in form, creative in expression and attractive in approach to problems.
The entries in all three categories of print, electronic and radio and television all focus strongly on policy communication, not only stopping at the policy planning or promulgation stage, but also reflecting the implementation process in practice.
These works not only reflect the breath of educational life, but also contribute to spreading the spirit of innovation in policy communication.
“Some issues are considered to be outdated and few people dare to do them, such as typical examples for the cause of cultivating people, students overcoming difficulties, etc., this year account for a large number.
Many examples honor teachers and school groups who have been devoting themselves day and night to the cause of education and training from kindergarten to university.
Many models of schools, universities, and campuses that have improved in teaching and learning, especially in mountainous and remote areas, were also mentioned," Mr. Loi assessed.
