ACB was honored in the category of Outstanding Asian Enterprise.

It can be said that for ACB, the goal of maintaining a sound financial foundation and sustainable development is always prioritized and serves as a guiding principle in building its business development strategy. Therefore, the bank always focuses on ensuring tightly controlled asset quality, profitability, and effective risk management. These factors have been consistently prioritized by ACB, building long-term trust with shareholders, customers, and partners.

Despite numerous challenges and difficulties in the financial and banking sector in 2025, coupled with a volatile global economic landscape, ACB continued to maintain stable, safe, and efficient growth. Building on this foundation, ACB confidently and hopefully enters 2026 with a long-term vision and a goal of safe and efficient growth, aligning with the nation's aspiration for robust development.

Rapid implementation of Resolution 68

Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo was issued with great expectations: to make the private sector the most important driving force of the national economy. This is not only an acknowledgment of its role, but also a call to action demanding that the entire ecosystem supporting businesses, especially the banking and financial system, undergo significant changes to provide closer and more comprehensive support.

Immediately after Resolution 68 was issued, ACB was the first bank to implement it through a series of preferential credit solutions, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in accessing capital, digital transformation, and sustainable development – concretizing its role as a financial support base in the development of the private sector.

As the first bank to take action immediately after Resolution 68 was issued, ACB announced a series of special policies to contribute to the implementation of Resolution 68, revolving around four pillars: capital sources, digital transformation, market expansion, and sustainable development:

In conjunction with providing capital solutions, ACB is implementing a support package totaling VND 40,000 billion, of which VND 20,000 billion is specifically for SMEs, and VND 20,000 billion is for large enterprises investing in infrastructure and digital technology to promote credit along the supply chain. Preferential interest rates are 2% or more lower than normal interest rates. Loans do not require collateral, prioritizing export businesses; credit financing along the supply chain; and unsecured overdrafts for SMEs.

In supporting digital transformation, ACB provides superior payment solutions that help SMEs and household businesses easily manage their operations and optimize their finances.

In supporting market development activities, ACB acts as a bridge to connect SMEs and household businesses, thereby reaching over 8 million potential customers through networking events and providing free promotional solutions on ACB's digital banking channel.

Digital transformation should aim to create real value for customers and society.

Digital transformation continues to be a key driver, helping ACB optimize operations and enhance customer experience. The well-invested, customer-centric digital banking platforms contribute to expanding the retail and small business customer base, aligning with ACB's steadfast pursuit of a leading retail banking strategy.

Beyond simply digitizing processes, ACB is implementing digital transformation in a way that creates tangible value for customers and society. By 2025, the bank will promote innovative and user-friendly financial solutions, especially credit products aimed at social welfare, young people, and young families.

Notably, ACB offers home loan packages for young people with flexible conditions, competitive interest rates, and long repayment terms. ACB also pioneers in organizing live stream home loan consultation sessions, helping young people access transparent and easy-to-understand information, in line with current digital consumer trends.

These efforts have helped ACB be honored in many important categories such as: Outstanding Asian Enterprise, Bank with innovative credit solutions with the "First Home" product, Pioneering Bank, Best Workplace in Asia… thereby affirming its position and brand reputation in the financial and banking market.

Implementing an integrated ESG strategy

Over the years, ACB has continuously improved its ESG standards, from optimizing operational processes to minimize environmental impact to ensuring transparency in corporate governance and fully fulfilling its social responsibility – an annual activity that ACB has carried out for 20 years.

Sharing his thoughts on the significance of the ESG journey, Mr. Tran Hung Huy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACB, emphasized: "Trust can only be built through kindness, consistency, and transparency. For ACB, creating value for society is inseparable from the bank's development goals; it is the foundation for our more sustainable long-term growth."

According to ACB, the three core priorities in its sustainable development strategy for the 2025–2030 period stem from the most fundamental issues facing Vietnam today: health, education, and the environment. All programs are designed for the long term, have clearly measurable objectives, and are implemented in collaboration with specialized organizations to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.

In recent years, ACB has continuously implemented community support programs nationwide, especially during difficult periods caused by natural disasters and economic fluctuations. The bank has participated in relief efforts and supported reconstruction after storms and floods in many localities, while also implementing preferential credit packages for affected individual and corporate customers, contributing to facilitating capital flow and supporting the recovery of production and business.

These efforts have helped ACB be recognized in the Top 50 Outstanding Sustainable Enterprises in Vietnam 2025, along with positive assessments from independent organizations regarding the transparency and effectiveness of its ESG strategy implementation.

ACB is gradually asserting its role as a pioneering and responsible bank, accompanying the sustainable development of the country in the new era.

Confidently stepping into a new era.

In the coming period, ACB stated that it will continue to refine its sustainable development model by creating shared value, integrating social and environmental factors more deeply into its business operations, and expanding cooperation with domestic and international partners to spread positive values to the Vietnamese community.

Entering 2026, ACB is committed to continuing its sustainable development strategy, with risk management as the foundation, digital transformation as the driving force, and people and customers at the center. ACB aims for growth coupled with quality, focusing on long-term efficiency rather than chasing scale.

Accordingly, ACB will focus on safety, sustainability, and controlled innovation to create long-term value for customers and make a positive contribution to the economy. It will continue to expand its credit products, prioritizing young people, small and medium-sized enterprises, and green, environmentally friendly sectors.

Simultaneously, ACB invests heavily in human resources, building a modern and humane working environment where every employee is given opportunities for development, creativity, and contribution. This is the foundation for the bank to maintain sustainable competitiveness in the long term.

With a solid foundation established in 2025 and a clear strategic vision, ACB enters the new year with a proactive, confident mindset, ready to break through. More than just a profitable bank, ACB is progressively asserting its role as a pioneering and responsible bank, accompanying the sustainable development of the country in the new era.
