The Party Committee of Agribank Ha Giang Branch currently has 16 subordinate Party branches with 205 Party members. Facing adverse impacts from the global economy , natural disasters, epidemics, and especially the provincial merger and changes in administrative center, the Branch Party Committee has closely followed the guidance of the Agribank Party Committee and the local socio-economic development policies to lead and direct the comprehensive implementation of business development solutions.

The Party Committee has upheld the principle of democratic centralism, emphasizing the responsibility of the collective leadership and individual leaders, especially the exemplary role of the head of the organization. Through increased outreach to grassroots levels and a close understanding of the practical situation, the Party Committee has promptly directed efforts to resolve difficulties and support customers, especially in the agricultural and rural sectors, production households, and small and medium-sized enterprises. As a result, Agribank Ha Giang Branch continues to maintain its leading role in providing credit capital to serve the development of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, contributing to stabilizing people's lives and promoting local economic development.

Under the comprehensive and decisive leadership of the Party Committee, business tasks have achieved results according to the plan, including: Total mobilized capital as of December 31, 2025 reached 8,597 billion VND. This is an increase of 1,625 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, achieving 111.1% of the 2025 plan assigned by Agribank in absolute terms (8,597/7,707 billion VND) and 221.1% of the 2025 plan assigned by Agribank in terms of additional capital (1,625/735 billion VND). Total outstanding loans as of December 31, 2025 reached 9,122 billion VND. Compared to the beginning of the year, this is an increase of 729 billion VND, achieving 96.6% of the 2025 loan outstanding plan assigned by Agribank. Total service fee revenue by December 31, 2025 reached 60.65 billion VND, achieving 105.7% of Agribank's 2025 plan.

Spreading responsibility towards the community.

Besides its business activities, under the leadership of the Party Committee, Agribank Ha Giang Branch always considers social welfare as an important political task, demonstrating the responsibility of a state-owned enterprise to the community. In 2025, the Branch allocated more than 2.1 billion VND to social welfare work, focusing on practical programs such as building houses for the needy, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, supporting schools in disadvantaged areas, and caring for the poor and families entitled to preferential policies.

Trade unions and youth organizations have played a pioneering and creative role, implementing many meaningful projects and activities, contributing to spreading the image of Agribank as a community committed to the development of agriculture, farmers, and rural areas.
