The opening of the Oc Eo Transaction Office at its new location is a significant milestone, demonstrating Agribank 's determination to modernize its facilities, improve service quality, and better meet the banking transaction needs of people and businesses in the area. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Thanh, Director of Agribank Thoai Son branch in An Giang, stated that the Oc Eo transaction office plays a crucial role in the branch's operational network.
To date, the branch has mobilized total capital and outstanding loans exceeding 570 billion VND, accounting for approximately 33% of the total size of the entire Thoai Son branch. The branch is currently serving more than 4,500 customers, and importantly, credit quality is always strictly controlled, with the non-performing loan ratio maintained at a low level of 0.32% of total outstanding loans.
Ms. Thanh emphasized: “The opening of the Oc Eo Transaction Office at the new location demonstrates Agribank's determination to bring modern banking products and services closer to farmers, cooperatives, and businesses. Agribank Thoai Son An Giang branch is committed to continuing to accompany and provide timely capital, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development.”
The new branch of the Oc Eo Transaction Office is located in the center of the commune, in a bustling residential area, making it convenient for customers to conduct transactions. With an area of 277 m², the office has been invested in and built to a high standard, with a modern design according to Agribank's brand identity, ensuring a safe, convenient, and professional transaction environment.

The staff of 7 officers and employees at the branch are always ready to provide a full range of banking products and services such as deposit mobilization, lending, cashless payments, and other modern banking services.
