Agribank Lang Son summarizes business performance, awards and commendations for 2025, and signs inter-agency agreements.

On January 20th, the Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, Lang Son Branch (Agribank Lang Son), held a conference to summarize business performance, emulation and reward activities for 2025, and a conference for employees; and signed an inter-agency agreement on implementing Agribank's credit and service policies to serve agricultural and rural development with the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Provincial Women's Union.

In 2025, Agribank Lang Son played a leading role in the development of agricultural and rural credit, with a wide network throughout the province, diverse products, especially Agribank's preferential interest rate loan programs, and promotional programs to develop products and services…

As a result, in 2025, the total outstanding loan balance of the branch reached VND 15,217 billion, an increase of VND 1,817 billion compared to 2024, accounting for 28.7% of the market share of banks in the area. Of which, the outstanding loan balance for agriculture and rural areas reached VND 9,628 billion, an increase of VND 1,282 billion compared to 2024, accounting for 63% of the total outstanding loan balance.

At the same time, the branch proactively diversified its capital mobilization products, implemented prize-winning mobilization programs, performed well in customer consulting and care, and closely coordinated with local authorities and agencies to effectively mobilize capital from land clearance for resettlement areas, industrial parks, highways, etc.

As of December 31, 2025, the total mobilized capital of the entire branch reached VND 17,218 billion, an increase of VND 2,319 billion compared to 2024, achieving 172.8% of the assigned plan.

Throughout the year, Agribank Lang Son has effectively implemented policies and regulations regarding employees and grassroots democracy; paid attention to income, salaries, and insurance for cadres and employees in accordance with regulations; improved the working environment and conditions; and organized the dissemination and thorough understanding of directives and resolutions from higher levels to all cadres, officials, and employees.

In addition, the bank proactively identifies and nurtures new talents and exemplary individuals, promotes and replicates practical and effective emulation movements, advanced exemplary models, and good deeds to encourage and promote emulation movements and create a ripple effect within the unit. At the same time, it actively participates in emulation movements launched by various levels, sectors, and localities.

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the achievements; analyzed the limitations affecting the implementation of production and business tasks in 2025 and proposed solutions in operational activities, contributing to the completion of the overall goals and tasks of the entire branch in 2026. Simultaneously, they launched a competitive emulation movement and signed a labor agreement for 2026.

On this occasion, one individual was honored with a commendation from the Central Enterprise Party Committee for outstanding performance for five consecutive years; three collectives and 20 individuals received certificates of merit from the Agribank Lang Son Party Committee for outstanding performance in 2025; and many other outstanding collectives and individuals were recognized for their excellent performance in fulfilling their business plans and objectives in 2025.

Individuals who performed exceptionally well in 2025 received certificates of commendation from the Executive Committee of the Agribank Lang Son Party Committee.

Also on this occasion, Agribank Lang Son coordinated the signing ceremony of an inter-agency agreement on the implementation of Agribank's credit and service policies to serve agricultural and rural development with the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Provincial Women's Union.

Attending the signing ceremony were Comrade Trieu Quang Huy, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and representatives of the Provincial Women's Union.

The signing of the agreement aims to facilitate access to loans for farmers and women members for production, business, and consumer services; to coordinate efforts to promote cashless payments and card services in the agricultural and rural markets; to simplify loan procedures for small consumer loans, contributing to limiting "illegal lending"; and to support farmers and women members in the area in accessing and using Agribank's electronic banking products and services.
