Agribank is a pioneer in implementing a preferential credit program of VND 60,000 billion for infrastructure and technology loans.

Following the Government's and the State Bank of Vietnam's directives on implementing the VND 500,000 billion credit package prioritizing infrastructure and technology sectors, and continuing to support the business community in the digital transformation process and sustainable infrastructure development, Agribank is pioneering the implementation of a preferential credit program for corporate customers investing in infrastructure and digital technology with a total scale of up to VND 60,000 billion, with preferential interest rates reduced by up to 1.5%/year, applicable until December 31, 2030.

Specifically, the program is for new and existing corporate customers of Agribank (including private enterprises) who need capital to invest in infrastructure and digital technology projects in the fields of electricity, transportation, and strategic technologies as announced in the attached list by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Construction , and the Ministry of Science and Technology. Customers can use the funds from the program to implement new projects, acquire projects, or offset costs for ongoing or completed projects.

This is a special credit program designed by Agribank to support businesses in need of medium and long-term loans to implement infrastructure investment and digital transformation projects. The lending interest rate is reduced by up to 1.5% per year compared to the average interest rate for the same term, with a maximum preferential interest rate period of 24 months from the date of disbursement. Businesses will receive advice and support in choosing flexible loan forms and terms that suit their individual financial plans.

In addition to preferential credit terms, Agribank will work with customers to implement comprehensive financial solutions suitable for infrastructure and digital technology investment projects, such as account services, payment and cash flow management (payroll services, bill payments, automated investments, etc.), e-banking, card services, trade finance, and foreign exchange trading. This program will run from now until December 31, 2030.

In response to the Government's direction on promoting comprehensive digital transformation and sustainable economic development, Agribank is implementing this program as a practical solution to support businesses in improving operational capacity, increasing production and business efficiency, and adapting flexibly to new technological trends.
