On the afternoon of December 2, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Nam Ward organized 3 working delegations to directly visit, encourage, and present meaningful gifts to people with disabilities in difficult circumstances in the area.

The first working group, led by Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward Pham Tuan Long, visited Binh Minh Primary School (80 Tho Nhuom, Cua Nam Ward). This is one of the few primary schools in Hanoi that has classes specifically for students with disabilities and intellectual disabilities. Directly presenting gifts in cash and kind to the teachers and students of Binh Minh Primary School, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward Pham Tuan Long acknowledged the efforts and participation of teachers in caring for and teaching, creating opportunities for special students to experience an integrated environment with many activities, helping them learn how to communicate, interact, and social skills with their peers. Mr. Pham Tuan Long expressed his hope that under the care and education of teachers, the children will be equipped with many skills and gradually integrate into the community.
Immediately after the visit and gift giving at Binh Minh Primary School, Head of the delegation Pham Tuan Long and members visited and gave gifts to the family of Ms. Tran Giao Linh (born in 1991, with cerebral palsy). The warm and meaningful gifts given right at Ms. Linh's family affirmed the concern, care, improvement and enhancement of the quality of life for people with disabilities in the area.

The second working group, led by Trinh Thi Thu Thuy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward, directly visited and presented gifts to families of people with disabilities in the area. Specifically, the group visited the family of Duong Manh Tuyen (born in 2010), residing at 51 Le Duan, Group 26, Cua Nam Ward. Immediately after that, the group also visited Mr. Ha Le Trung Hieu (born in 1977), residing at 16 Nguyen Che Nghia, Group 20, Cua Nam Ward.
