In Argentina, beef is the soul of every asado – a traditional barbecue where the asador (griller) puts his skills to the test. Nothing brings people together like an asado with friends, good wine and warm laughter.

These carefully selected cuts reflect the traditional farming methods of the Pampas, which produce beef renowned for its natural sweetness, tenderness and rich flavor. Prepared to strict international standards and honored at numerous steak competitions around the world, Argentine beef reflects the sophistication, authenticity and pride of Argentine cuisine.

Argentina is among the top 5-6 largest beef exporters in the world, with an output of 700,000 to 900,000 tons per year, accounting for about 4% of the total global beef export value. In addition to its reputation for quality, Argentina has also pioneered certification programs to meet European Union import and sustainability standards, focusing on traceability, environmental protection and deforestation-free production.

The cattle are grazed naturally on fresh pastures, giving each piece of meat its unique texture and flavor, symbolizing the harmony between people, tradition and the earth.
