Hero of Labor Le Nu Thuy Duong was honored at the 11th National Emulation Congress.
Previously, on December 6, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee, People's Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province solemnly organized a ceremony to award the title of Hero of Labor to Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong.

The prestigious title of Hero of Labor is not only a recognition from the Party and the State for outstanding contributions to socio -economic development, but also a proud achievement of nearly 30 years of leadership with strategic vision, sharp thinking, unwavering courage, and persistent dedication to the community by Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong.
Labor Heroine Le Nu Thuy Duong has directly participated in managing and leading KN Holdings Group since 1997, guiding the enterprise into a new phase of development towards professionalism, modernity, and sustainability.
The core humanistic values, nurtured by the philosophy of "Living with kindness and compassion - Working with sincerity - Sharing with love," have become the guiding principles throughout the leadership thinking and management decisions of Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong, shaping the sustainable development identity of the Group.
She has consistently strived to organize, improve operational efficiency, and provide long-term strategic direction for KN Holdings. Under her leadership, KN Holdings has continuously grown, asserting its position with significant achievements in many strategic investment areas. Currently, the Group's total investment capital exceeds VND 120,000 billion, focusing on three key areas: real estate, industrial park infrastructure, and renewable energy.
Besides its extensive and in-depth development, KN Holdings also creates stable jobs for thousands of employees, makes positive contributions to the state budget, and pioneers in social welfare programs – thereby spreading practical values to the community, locality, and country.
In the real estate sector, building on its foundation as one of the first private enterprises to invest in this field in Vietnam and owning strategically located land plots, Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong and the Board of Directors have successfully developed numerous high-end real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City such as The Vista An Phu, Vista Verde, Feliz En Vista, Define, and Waterina Suites. Following that is the CaraWorld Cam Ranh coastal urban area in Khanh Hoa. These projects are implemented with complete legal documentation, integrated planning, and full amenities, thereby creating an ideal living environment for residents and continuously increasing value for customers and investors.
Continuing her strategic direction, in the industrial park sector, she quickly grasped the trend of global supply chain shifts to make decisions on investing in industrial park infrastructure in Dong Nai province, aiming to attract large global corporations to invest in Vietnam. She shaped a model for developing a new generation of smart and ecological industrial cities – integrating modern infrastructure and comprehensive amenities for professionals and workers, focusing on anticipating high value-added industries, developing supporting industries, and creating industry linkages.
Simultaneously, in the field of renewable energy, in response to the policy of encouraging private sector participation in the clean energy industry, she pioneered the investment and successful implementation of three solar power plants in Khanh Hoa: Van Ninh, Cam Lam, and Cam Lam VN, with a capacity of 200 MWp and a total investment of over 4,300 billion VND. These projects annually supply hundreds of millions of kWh of clean electricity to the national grid, reducing emissions by nearly 300,000 tons of CO₂, contributing to the transition to renewable energy and generating revenue for the local budget.
The KN Van Ninh power plant is invested and developed by KN Holdings Group in Khanh Hoa province.
Over the next five years, the Group will deploy seven solar power plants with a total capacity of 2,630 MW. This is a strategic step for KN Holdings in fulfilling Vietnam's Net Zero commitment, and is also in line with the global trend of sustainable green development.
Commitment to the community: from a compassionate heart to a profound social impact.
Those who have had the opportunity to interact and work with Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong share a profound impression: a gentle yet decisive female leader, intelligent and capable in her work, while also possessing a rich sense of compassion and love in her personal life. Therefore, alongside her outstanding successes in the business world, she has always devoted much of her energy to social responsibility activities, with a consistent focus on five areas of support: healthcare, education, the environment, gratitude and remembrance, and disaster relief.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when the country needed solidarity the most, she contributed 100 billion VND and 1,000 tons of rice – a noble gesture and a selfless commitment from a businesswoman to the community.
She also supported the "Toilet for Children" program, which built nearly 150 school toilet facilities in 21 provinces and cities, applying advanced wastewater treatment technology and improving living and learning conditions for tens of thousands of rural students.
She has a special concern for the islands and seas of her homeland. The "For Beloved Truong Sa" golf tournament she organized raised over 136 billion VND, and she personally contributed 12 billion VND to build the "Freshwater Truong Sa" project, providing a precious source of clean water for the soldiers and civilians who are protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland day and night.
As part of her exemplary social responsibility activities, Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong also contributed 55 billion VND to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Dong Nai province. This is part of her commitment to support the 180 billion VND nationwide program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.
Furthermore, through her contribution of $4 million, she brought in a total of $15.5 million in funding for the Global Fund. This funding has been used for tuberculosis and malaria prevention activities in Vietnam, with the Vietnam National Tuberculosis Control Program being a priority. She has also dedicated significant resources to meaningful social activities such as: donating 25 billion VND to the "School Milk" program at 61 schools nationwide; and actively participating in programs such as building schools, solidarity houses, "Godmother" programs, "Nutrition for poor and disabled children," and disaster relief... All of these demonstrate a compassionate heart and a persistent sense of social responsibility.
With outstanding achievements in economic development and significant contributions to the community, she was honored by the State with the First, Second, and Third Class Labor Orders, along with many prestigious titles from reputable organizations both domestically and internationally. In particular, on November 14, 2025, the President signed a decision conferring upon her the title of Hero of Labor – a proud recognition of the positive values she has contributed to society.

Speaking at the Reception Ceremony Upon receiving the title of Hero of Labor, Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong expressed: “The title of Hero of Labor is a great honor for me personally, my family, and the corporation. This is a recognition from the Party and the State, a tremendous source of encouragement for my continuous efforts, and also a proud continuation of the family tradition that my parents built. Receiving this honor, I am even more deeply aware of my responsibility, always reminding me that every step of KN Holdings' development must be linked to the spirit of service, sustainable development, and long-term contribution to the country.”
