The objective of the Naval Region 3 Command and the Naval Region 4 Command in implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign" is to quickly help people in the provinces of Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa build and repair houses damaged by floods. The units have proactively coordinated and closely cooperated with local authorities to survey the extent of damage to each household; at the same time, have a plan to organize and use forces scientifically and appropriately.

With the spirit of “serving the people”, in order for the “Quang Trung Campaign” to be effectively implemented, the Naval Region 3 Command and the Naval Region 4 Command selected and established nearly 50 construction teams with more than 600 officers and soldiers with skills in construction, carpentry, mechanics, and electrical engineering. The construction teams along with many types of vehicles, equipment, and machinery quickly arrived in the areas to help people build and repair houses damaged by floods.

The weather in Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa provinces these days often has sudden, long-lasting heavy rains, making it very difficult for people to transport and gather materials for repair and construction of new houses. However, with a sense of responsibility, the Navy soldiers are making efforts to speed up the progress of repairing and building new houses for local people. The image of officers and soldiers in sweaty field uniforms quickly shoveling soil, rocks and construction materials has truly moved and impressed the people. Although the construction work is quite hard and the weather is sometimes unfavorable, the officers and soldiers are all very excited, trying their best to compete, determined to complete the "Quang Trung Campaign", ensuring quality and exceeding the set schedule.

To carry out the "Quang Trung Campaign", the Naval Region 4 Command will coordinate with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command and the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command to support people in repairing and building 14 new houses in the area.

Directly participating in the construction of houses for people in Tay Khanh Son commune, Khanh Hoa province, professional military Major Do Van Bien, Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 shared: "The weather in the South Central region this season is sunny and rainy erratically. Taking advantage of favorable weather, we encourage each other to focus on construction, we can work early, rest late or work through lunch, work on Saturdays and Sundays, determined to complete the house soon, helping people stabilize their lives soon."

According to Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 4, implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign" and rapidly repairing and building houses for people is not only a political order, but also a sentiment, responsibility, and a manifestation of the solidarity between the army and the people. Hundreds of officers and soldiers of Region 4 were present in time to share and help people affected by the flood to stabilize their lives soon. Each officer and soldier participating in the "Quang Trung Campaign" is imbued with the motto "helping people like helping their own relatives", quickly arriving at the site to promptly support people in repairing and building houses after the flood with the spirit of "leaving no one behind".

Naval Region 3 Command and Naval Region 4 Command strive to complete repairs, build new houses and hand over houses to families before January 31, 2026.
