[Photo] Parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Laos' National Day

Nhan Dan Newspaper respectfully introduces a series of photos of the 50th Anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2025). The event was solemnly held at That Luang Square in Vientiane (Laos) on the morning of December 2.

Attending the ceremony were General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith and other leaders of the Lao Party and State; representatives of ministries, branches and localities; veteran revolutionaries; representatives of all walks of life in the capital Vientiane; international delegations; representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations in Laos and representatives of Lao communities abroad. General Secretary To Lam and his wife, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, attended and shared joy with the brotherly country of Laos.

After the opening ceremony, the parade of armed forces, ministries, branches, organizations and socio-political organizations took place in a heroic and solemn atmosphere, vividly demonstrating the achievements in all areas of life, society, economy and national defense that the Lao Party, State and people have achieved over the past 50 years.

The ceremony attracted the attention of many Lao people and international friends; expressing strong belief and confidence in the bright future of Laos, a peaceful , independent, democratic, unified and prosperous country.
