On the morning of January 15th, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers' Meeting (ADGSOM) and related meetings with the theme "ASEAN Adapting: From Infrastructure Connectivity to Smart Connectivity".

The conference was attended by the heads of delegations and representatives of agencies responsible for information technology, telecommunications and digital transformation from 11 ASEAN member countries; the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations and Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Technology, Amandeep Singh Gill; the ASEAN Secretary-General, the ASEAN Secretariat and relevant partners.
