On the afternoon of February 9th, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received the delegation from the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), led by Mr. Keita Ishii, Chairman of the Japan-Mekong Economic Commission and Chairman and CEO of Itochu Corporation.

Also attending were the Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, Ito Naoki, and representatives from leading Japanese corporations and businesses.
