On November 24, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Party Central Committee Secretariat held a national conference to review the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement work in 2025 and the 13th Congress term. General Secretary To Lam chaired and delivered a speech directing the conference.

Attending the conference were Politburo members: Luong Cuong, President; Tran Cam Tu, Standing member of the Secretariat; Le Minh Hung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee; Nguyen Hoa Binh , Permanent Deputy Prime Minister; General Phan Van Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; comrades: Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission; Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Committee. Also attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Central Committee.
