On the afternoon of February 10th, at the Party Central Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam met with members of the subcommittees preparing for the 14th Party Congress and members of the Steering Committee for summarizing some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented reform process in Vietnam over the past 40 years.
