Accordingly, General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, ceased to participate in the Central Military Commission and the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission for the 2025-2030 term, and was transferred, assigned, and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

The Politburo has decided to assign and transfer comrade Le Minh Tri, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court , to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
