[Photo] Honoring the winning enterprises of the 2025 Listed Enterprises Selection (VLCA)

The event was held on December 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, in conjunction with the 2025 Annual Listed Enterprises Conference with the participation of leaders of the State Securities Commission; leaders of Stock Exchanges, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and representatives of 300 listed companies, securities companies, fund management companies and other financial institutions in the market.

The Vietnam Listed Company Awards is an extension of the Vietnam Annual Report Awards, jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and the Investment Newspaper (now the Finance - Investment Newspaper) with annual and exclusive sponsorship from Dragon Capital Fund Management Company; effective technical support from professional partners such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and leading auditing companies such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY and information support from the State Securities Commission and the two Stock Exchanges. The results of the VLCA 2025 Awards have affirmed the accuracy and objectivity in the evaluation process.

2025 is the 18th year that the Vote has accompanied the Vietnamese stock market and the listed business community.

Ms. Tran Anh Dao (middle) - Deputy General Director in charge of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange awarded prizes to enterprises with outstanding progress in the categories including: Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company (PDN); Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB ); Viet Dragon Securities Joint Stock Company (VDS); Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (NLG).

Ms. Vu Thi Thuy Nga, Deputy General Director in charge of Hanoi Stock Exchange, awarded the TOP 10 best annual reports in the Financial Sector Group.

Mr. Nguyen Son, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha, Acting Chairman of the Company, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange awarded the TOP 20 best annual reports in the Non-financial Industry Group.

Mr. Le Anh Tuan (Right), General Director of Dragon Capital Vietnam Investment Fund Management JSC, presented the award "Best Annual General Meeting of Shareholders" to PAN Group Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Luong Hai Sinh (standing in the middle), Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange, awarded the TOP 4 best corporate governance enterprises in the small-cap group.

Ms. Vu Thi Chan Phuong, Chairwoman of the State Securities Commission, awarded the TOP 10 best corporate governance enterprises in the mid-cap group.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, Deputy Minister of Finance, awarded the TOP 8 best corporate governance enterprises in the large-cap group.

Mr. Dominic Scriven OBE, Chairman of Dragon Capital Vietnam Investment Fund Management JSC, presented the award for Best Greenhouse Gas Emission Disclosure Company to Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) - VNM.

Mr. Le Trong Minh (standing in the middle), Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Finance-Investment Newspaper, Co-Head of the Organizing Committee of the Vote to award the Third Prize for Sustainable Development Report to Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank and Gemadept Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi (middle), Deputy Minister of Finance, awarded the First Prize for Sustainable Development Report to Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) in the Financial Group and the First Prize to Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, which won the championship in the Non-Financial Group.
