Accordingly, at 1 p.m. on November 25, the tropical depression was located in the western sea of the central Philippines with the strongest wind near the center reaching level 7, gusting to level 9. The tropical depression is forecast to enter the East Sea and quickly strengthen into a storm. At 1 p.m. on November 26, the storm was located in the eastern sea of the central East Sea with wind force of level 9, gusting to level 11.
Due to the influence of the tropical depression that may strengthen into a storm, from the evening of November 25, the sea area east of the central East Sea will have winds gradually increasing to level 6-7; the area near the center of the storm will have strong winds of level 8-9, gusts of level 11, waves 4-6m high, and very rough seas. From the afternoon of November 26 to 28, the central East Sea area (including the sea area north of Truong Sa special zone) may be affected by strong winds of level 10-11, gusts of level 14, waves 7-9m high, and rough seas. Ships and boats operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and big waves.
