The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that at 4 p.m. this afternoon, strong winds in the center of the low pressure area decreased to below level 6 (below 39 km/h). It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the low pressure area will continue to move northeast, weaken and gradually dissipate.

In the East Sea, storm No. 15 is still weakening. Late this afternoon, the storm's intensity has decreased to level 9 (75-88km/h), gusting to level 11. The storm is in the northwest sea area of the central East Sea and moving slowly. It is forecasted that from now until tomorrow (November 30), the storm will continue to move north and start to change direction west from December 1. From December 2, the storm will move southwest, then move completely south. It is likely to weaken into a tropical depression/low pressure before moving inland to the Central region.
Storm No. 15 is forecast to cause strong winds of level 7 in the northwest sea area of the central East Sea; near the storm's eye, winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 11. Waves are 3-7m high, and the sea is very rough.
Vessels operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are susceptible to the impact of storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
The sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa has winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8, gusting to level 9-10, waves 4-6m high, rough seas in the area. The storm causes thunderstorms, strong gusts of wind and big waves, posing a danger to ships.
