Accordingly, in a working session with the press before the launch of the new training program on November 29, Aptech representative - Mr. Kallol Mukherjee - said that the AI Application International Programmer Training Program (abbreviated as ADSE-AI) is an upgrade from the ADSE International Programmer Program, which is already famous in Vietnam and around the world . ADSE-AI offers many updates that closely follow the actual needs of software businesses in the era of artificial intelligence explosion.

He added that Vietnam is one of the first countries chosen by Aptech Global Group to implement this new program, and revealed some special features of the program.

The first international standard AI application programming program in Vietnam

The main difference of ADSE-AI is the integration of international standard AI technologies throughout the entire training program. According to Aptech representative, students will have access to practical AI technologies such as NLP, Python AI, Generative AI and build website products and business applications with AI right in the curriculum.

Currently, according to a survey by Aptech Group, 80% of job postings for website programmers require at least 1 AI skill. AI has become "mandatory" to increase productivity and competitiveness. The curriculum is consistent with the AI development orientation for Vietnam that many experts have proposed: instead of investing billions of dollars in building AI models from scratch, it is necessary to focus on training a team of engineers capable of applying, integrating and deploying existing AI platforms into businesses.

“With a clear roadmap and focus on practical applications, the program can help Vietnam quickly have a workforce of AI programmers in the next one to two years, meeting the urgent needs of the market when businesses are looking for programmers capable of applying AI,” said Mr. Kallol Mukherjee.

Four independent semesters, one technology group per semester

In terms of structure, the program is organized into four independent semesters, each focusing on a specific technology group. Accordingly, students will gradually get acquainted with AI-integrated website development, enterprise platforms such as Java and .NET, Mobile and cross-platform programming, up to Python integrated AI with NLP and Generative AI applications.

Aptech representatives said the program has been updated with the latest technologies and removed outdated technologies. This is in line with Aptech's long-standing principle: always teach the latest technology, the most needed in the market and closely follow the actual needs of businesses.

Aptech representative explained: "Instead of studying many technologies scattered in the same semester, we group technologies belonging to the same ecosystem into one stage. This organization helps students understand deeply, practice continuously and have enough capacity to work right at the enterprise after each semester."

Not "picky" about learners

One noteworthy information is that the program is designed to be easy to access, suitable for beginners. According to Aptech, students do not need to have a previous programming background, or even good academic performance in high school, any starting point can learn.

“We have trained tens of thousands of students, and have clearly demonstrated that career success does not depend on good or excellent academic performance from high school. What is important is basic logical thinking, perseverance in learning and a suitable teaching environment,” Mr. Kallol added.

Although the program is not "picky" about basic knowledge, Aptech still places strict requirements on students' learning attitudes, requiring seriousness, diligence and perseverance to be able to grasp the technology and apply it effectively in practice.

The ADSE-AI program will be deployed simultaneously at 4 Aptech facilities in Vietnam: 285 Doi Can, 19 Le Thanh Nghi ( Hanoi ) and 35/6 D5 Thanh My Tay Street, 778/10 Nguyen Kiem (HCMC).

Details of the training program will be revealed at the official launch event taking place on Saturday, November 29 in Hanoi, and will soon be updated on Aptech Vietnam's website: aptechvietnam.com.vn. The launch event will be attended by leading AI experts in Vietnam and the world, representatives of technology companies and press agencies.
