
According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, the severe cold spell in the North has ended, but due to light rain and drizzle, the feeling of cold is still quite noticeable.
On January 25th, the northeastern provinces and cities of Vietnam will be cloudy, with light rain, drizzle, and fog in the morning, followed by scattered rain later. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3, and the weather will be cold. The mountainous and midland areas will experience intense cold, with some places experiencing severe frost. High mountainous areas should be wary of ice formation. Minimum temperatures will range from 11-13°C, 8-10°C in mountainous areas, and below 7°C in some places. Maximum temperatures will range from 16-19°C.
In Hanoi, there will be light rain, drizzle, and fog in some areas this morning, with intensely cold weather and a lowest temperature of 11-13 degrees Celsius; in the afternoon, the clouds will decrease, there will be scattered rain, and the temperature will rise, reaching a high of 17-19 degrees Celsius.
The area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the eastern parts of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai will experience scattered rain. The northern part will be cold, and the southern part will be cool.
The Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam will generally experience no rain, sunny days, and light fog in the mornings. However, the Central Highlands will be cold in the mornings and at night, while Southern Vietnam will be cool in the early mornings and at night.
