Northern region is hot, from Thua Thien Hue to the South it rains continuously

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on July 24-25, the North will have hot weather, some places will have severe heat with the highest temperature of 35-37 degrees, some places will have over 37 degrees; the lowest relative humidity will be 55-60%; the North Central region will have localized heat with the highest temperature of 34-35 degrees, some places will have over 35 degrees.

The heat wave in the North is likely to last for the next few days; from July 26, the heat wave will expand to the Central region.

Meanwhile, from today to tomorrow, the Central Highlands and the South will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with rainfall of 50-100mm, some places over 150mm (heavy rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening).

Particularly in the area from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai , today there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally with moderate rain, heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm, some places over 60mm; South Central region locally has very heavy rain with rainfall of 20-50mm, some places over 70mm.

Heavy rain in the Central Highlands and the South, thunderstorms in the area from Thua Thien Hue to Binh Thuan are likely to last for the next 3-4 days.

Due to the impact of heavy rain, beware of the risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in low-lying areas. Beware of heavy rain in a short period of time causing flooding in urban areas. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue

Cloudy, in the North, it will be locally hot during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms at night; in the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some moderate to heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Da Nang to Binh Thuan
