According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from early morning on December 7, the low pressure in the East Sea was at about 12.1 degrees North - 125.4 degrees East. The strongest wind was level 6, gusting to level 8. The low pressure moved in the West-Northwest direction at a speed of 10 km/h.

It is forecasted that in the early morning of December 8, the low pressure will move in the West Southwest direction, at about 15 km/h, at about 11.7 degrees North -122 degrees East; in the central Philippines, it will have an intensity of level 6, gusting to level 8.

From the morning of December 8, the eastern sea area in the middle of the East Sea (including the northeastern sea area of ​​Truong Sa special zone) has gradually increased winds to level 6, gusts to level 8, waves 2-4m high, rough seas. Ships in the danger zone may encounter storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.

At sea, all day and night on December 7, in the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone), there will be Northeast wind level 5, especially in the East level 6; from the afternoon the wind will gradually increase to level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9. The sea will be rough; waves 4.0-6.0m high.

In the sea area from Da Nang to Dak Lak, from the afternoon of December 7, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough sea, waves 2.0-4.0m high.

From Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau and the West of the South China Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa special zone), Northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9. Rough sea. Waves 3.0-5.0m high.

Lowest temperature 16-19 degrees Celsius; highest 25-28 degrees Celsius, some places above 28 degrees Celsius.

Southern provinces are cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 23-25 ​​degrees Celsius, especially in the East 20-23 degrees Celsius; highest 30-33 degrees Celsius.

Ho Chi Minh City is cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 23-25 ​​degrees Celsius; highest 30-33 degrees Celsius.
