| Bac Me commune leaders awarded first prize to Na Vuong 2 village |
This year's Mang racing festival has the participation of 9 teams of union members, youth, people, cadres, and armed forces living and working in the commune. The opening part is the ceremony with the river crossing ritual, a traditional ritual of the Tay ethnic group, praying for peace when crossing rivers and streams, as well as praying for favorable weather and bountiful crops. After the sacred ritual, the festival takes place with a vibrant and attractive Mang racing competition taking place right on the Gam River. Each racing team consists of 5 members, with 4 main rowers and 1 driver who also beats the oars. Each team must go through a qualifying round to select the 4 strongest teams to compete for high prizes.

At the end of the race, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Na Vuong 2 village, the second prize to Bo Cung 2 village and the third prize to Na Nen village and Na Vuong 1 village.
It is known that this is the first Mang Racing Festival organized by Bac Me commune after implementing the two-level local government. Thereby, it aims to practically welcome the success of the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and celebrate major holidays in 2025.
