It is known that this is a meaningful activity implemented by the Department of Building the National Security Movement ( Ministry of Public Security ) in coordination with the Labor Relations Department (Vietnam General Confederation of Labor), Conway Joint Stock Company and Medlab General Clinic in enterprises in industrial parks including the following localities: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Bac Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City. With the slogan "Each healthy worker - One more stronghold to protect the national security", the program is implemented with a scale of medical examination for 15,000 workers.

In his opening speech, the representative of the Department of Building the Movement to Protect National Security emphasized that the program aims to effectively carry out the emulation movement of skillfully combining mass mobilization with the social security work of the People's Public Security force, contributing to taking care of workers' health. At the same time, it integrates propaganda work, mobilizing workers to actively participate in the movement "All people protect national security"; raising the sense of responsibility, contributing to crime prevention, maintaining security and order in enterprises and industrial zones.

In Bac Ninh province, from November 28 to December 2, 2,000 union members and workers at 6 enterprises in the area received health consultation and medical examination (worth VND 1.9 million/person) including the following services: Blood cancer screening test, Thalassemia screening; thyroid, knee, abdominal ultrasound; general internal examination. The entire cost of the examination (expertise, medical staff, materials) was sponsored by Conway Joint Stock Company and Medlab General Clinic. After the opening ceremony, medical staff organized medical examinations for 400 union members and workers working at SJ Tech Vietnam One Member Limited Liability Company.
