Implement measures to prevent and handle violations of chemical residues, pesticides, veterinary drugs and trace and handle them at the source. For the aquatic product chain, strengthen inspection, organize traceability, strictly handle establishments that produce, import, buy and sell aquatic veterinary drugs that trade products outside the list of products allowed for circulation.
For the cultivation chain, strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law for growing areas and packaging facilities using chemicals not on the list of permitted chemicals, banned chemicals, and not meeting traceability regulations.
For production and business chains related to livestock farming, it is necessary to immediately implement measures to prevent and handle violations when facilities using banned chemicals and antibiotics have been identified. Establish control along the production, preliminary processing, processing and export chains to meet market regulations, especially for the European market.
Review, research and propose appropriate and effective mechanisms and policies to establish and deploy a traceability system for agricultural, forestry and fishery products to meet export requirements.
