Bac Ninh: Agreement reached on the principle of resolving the request of Tan Hung Land Exploitation Company Limited.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has issued a directive regarding the resolution of the request from Tan Hung Land Exploitation Company Limited, based on the proposal of the Department of Finance and ensuring compliance with current legal regulations.

Accordingly, after reviewing Official Letter No. 277/STC-KTĐN dated January 14, 2026, from the Department of Finance, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai agreed on the principle of resolving the enterprise's request in a way that is consistent with reality and fully complies with current legal regulations.

Specifically, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has assigned the Department of Finance to preside over the appraisal of the project adjustment dossier of Tan Hung Land Exploitation Co., Ltd., ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and to submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision before January 17, 2026.

In addition, the Department of Finance is responsible for directing and guiding businesses in developing detailed exploitation plans, linked to specific timelines during implementation.

Document No. 459/UBND-THĐT was signed by Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Le Ngoc Tu, on January 16, 2026.

Notably, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requires Tan Hung Land Exploitation Co., Ltd. to provide a written commitment to return the land for the 2.18 hectares no later than June 30, 2026, ensuring that no complaints or disputes arise.

Regarding infrastructure development progress, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to take the lead in reviewing and advising on the implementation of the Huong Son 2 Industrial Cluster, ensuring overall progress in accordance with the law.

In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, and the People's Committee of Kep Commune are tasked with coordinating the monitoring, inspection, and guidance of the enterprise during the project implementation. These agencies are responsible for strictly managing land, minerals, and the environment, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
