(NLDO) - Bamboo Capital plans to hold a shareholders' meeting at the end of December 2025 to approve a series of proposals, including the dismissal of a series of leaders.

Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (Bamboo Capital - BCG) has just announced that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders at the end of December 2025.

Specifically, the company plans to hold the first general meeting of shareholders on December 25. If it is not successful, it will hold the second and third meetings on December 26 and 27 in accordance with regulations.

Bamboo Capital also submitted a series of documents for shareholders to approve, such as the document on selecting an independent auditor to audit the 2025 financial statements; the document on the policy of implementing the audited financial statements in 2024.

Bamboo Capital also submitted a proposal to dismiss members of the Board of Directors for the 2020-2025 term and elect members of the Board of Directors for the new term; a proposal to dismiss members of the Supervisory Board for the 2020-2025 term and elect members for the new term. At the same time, Bamboo Capital will explain the reason for the delay in submitting the third quarter 2025 financial report after being reminded by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Bamboo Capital said the reason was that recently, the group's subsidiaries and affiliates were still in the process of completing the audited financial report for 2024, the first and second quarter financial reports.

Bamboo Capital is working with relevant parties to resolve bond issues and debt settlement - an important basis for completing the financial report. Therefore, the company has not been able to release the third quarter financial report on time. The company is committed to publishing the third quarter financial report after the audited financial report for 2024 is issued.

Bamboo Capital's BCG shares have been suspended from trading.
