Final review investigation questionnaire on the application of anti-dumping measures on certain sorbitol products originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia and the People's Republic of China (Case code: ER01.AD14)

On November 20, 2025, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3377/QD-BCT and the accompanying Notice on the investigation of the final review of anti-dumping measures against certain sorbitol products originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia and the People's Republic of China (Case Code: ER01.AD14).

The investigation agency has issued a questionnaire to relevant parties to collect information and data for the case. Specifically:

- The investigation questionnaire is publicly posted on the PVTM File Receiving System (online.trav.gov.vn) and the electronic information page of the Investigation Agency (www.pvtm.gov.vn), Ministry of Industry and Trade (www.moit.gov.vn);

- Deadline for submitting the Questionnaire: before January 9, 2026 ( Hanoi time);

- How to submit the Questionnaire:

+ Submit online at the PVTM Dossier Receiving System at https://online.trav.gov.vn;

+ Detailed instructions, regulations and submission methods: Attached documents: Survey questionnaire;

- Information confidentiality is carried out by the Investigation Agency based on the provisions of Article 75 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Article 11 of Decree 86/2025/ND-CP.
