The Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity held its 8th meeting

On the morning of June 12, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity chaired the 8th meeting to listen to the report on the Steering Committee's activities in the past 6 months and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

Since the beginning of the year, the Committee has focused on directing the acceleration of the handling of corruption and negative cases, especially those assigned to monitor by the Central Steering Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The Provincial Steering Committee has strengthened inspection, supervision and examination work, especially inspection and supervision of Party organizations and Party members with signs of violations; inspected and examined prominent cases that received special attention from the public, thereby synchronously implementing Party disciplinary action, administrative discipline and criminal handling.

The Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Matters has determined that its tasks from now until the end of the year are to continue advising and directing the effective implementation of policies on anti-corruption and negative matter, reviewing power, and enforcing discipline; continue to direct the review, amendment, supplementation, and recommendation of the completion of legal documents on socio-economic management to prevent corruption and negative matter.

The Steering Committee focuses on directing the serious and complete implementation of conclusions and recommendations after inspection, supervision, audit and audit; focuses on directing the settlement of citizens' complaints and denunciations, advising on timely handling of outstanding issues; focuses on directing the investigation, prosecution and final trial of corruption and negative cases assigned by the Central Steering Committee to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee to monitor and direct; promotes information and propaganda work, continues to promote the role of political and social organizations in the fight against corruption and negative acts, contributing to the completion of political tasks in 2024.
