Colonel Trinh Cong Son, Deputy Political Commissar of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command, inspects the progress of house construction for people in the highlands.

In late 2025, heavy rains and landslides in Quang Ngai province caused dozens of houses to be damaged or completely destroyed. Participating in the "Quang Trung Campaign" launched by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , officers and soldiers of the Quang Ngai Provincial Armed Forces, with the core being the Command of Zone 1 - Son Tinh, have coordinated with other forces to build six new houses for people in Tay Tra commune.

Leaders and commanders of the armed forces of Quang Ngai province visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to households affected by floods and landslides.

Despite unfavorable weather conditions, difficult transportation, scarce and expensive materials, the soldiers consistently demonstrated a high sense of responsibility throughout the construction process, employing many innovative and effective methods to ensure the quality and progress of the project were met.

  The new, sturdy houses built in the mountainous region of Quang Ngai province not only help people overcome difficulties after natural disasters but also deeply spread the bond between the military and the people. These are also meaningful projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.  

The Command of Defense Zone 1 - Son Tinh coordinated the inauguration and handover of houses to people in Tay Tra commune.
